1. Pages load slow
If you are using Internet Explorer we suggest you use Firefox.

2. Previously selected items are still in your shopping cart
Refresh your screen.

3. No shipping options shows up in your shopping cart
Make sure you have entered both your state and zip code and then click update totals.

4. Error code when you use an apostrophe in the search box
Use the back button to return to the previous page. For security reasons apostrophes are not used in can names and searches with apostrophes will not work.

5. Not receiving notifications of orders.
Make sure your spam filter is set to allow e-mails from “orders@artsbeercans.com”.
