Packages are shipped via the United States Post Office. All packages shipped within the United States will have USPS Tracking.
We do not insure packages unless the customer purchases insurance. Insurance is available up to $5,000 and can be purchased when checking out. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
For shipping outside of the United States we do our best to estimate the actual cost of the shipping. In the event there is a significant discrepancy in the the actual shipping costs, we will refund any amount overcharged. Insurance and tracking is not available for international packages and therefore we assume no responsibility for lost or damaged packages shipped outside of the United States
